What is a Stoneflex® membrane for pools?
Stoneflex® membrane is a PVC liner formulated to be durable to the pool water conditions & treatments, reinforced with polyester fabric. Designed to waterproof and decorate swimming pools.
Why choose Stoneflex® membranes for your pool?
Our Stoneflex® liners provide superior waterproofing, flexibility, and long-term performance. It adapts to ground movements, resists cracks, and can include slip resistance properties.
Do I need special preparations for a leaking pool?
In most cases, no. In some- minor preparations required. Our Stoneflex® membranes are installed directly on your existing surface, saving you time, effort, and additional costs.
Can I see how a specific design will look in my pool before installing?
Absolutely. We offer a VR Experience Kit that allows you to virtually step into a pool and experience our 3D Premium designs in a realistic 360° environment, making your design decision easier and clearer.

What makes Haogenplast membranes so durable?
With five protective layers and a special high-performance acrylic surface coating, our liners are built to last for decades. This advanced engineering ensures they resist UV rays, chlorine, and stains, maintaining a beautiful and attractive finish even under harsh conditions.
How do reinforced PVC membranes compare to traditional plaster (marbelite) or fiberglass finishes?
While traditional plaster (marbelite) and fiberglass are common “bonded” systems, they rely on a rigid connection to the pool shell, making them prone to cracking or delaminating when the ground shifts. In contrast, Haogenplast reinforced PVC membranes provide a flexible, independent waterproofing skin. This engineering approach ensures the pool remains 100% watertight even if micro-cracks develop in the structure, offering far greater durability and a much faster installation than traditional resurfacing methods.
How long does installation take?
The installation of our reinforced PVC membranes is remarkably fast. A typical project is completed within 1-2 days, allowing you to fill your pool and get back to swimming almost immediately. This is significantly faster than traditional resurfacing methods that can take weeks.
Are the pool membranes slip-resistant?
Yes. For your safety, we provide dedicated slip resistant solutions for stairs, steps, and shallow areas. These are designed to provide a secure grip while blending perfectly with the pool’s aesthetics
What is the specific warranty for different collections?
We offer a tiered warranty based on the collection:
-
Classic Series: 10-year waterproofing warranty (up to 32°C).
-
3D Premium (StoneFlex, Matrix, etc.): 15-year waterproofing warranty (up to 35°C).
How does the maintenance compare to traditional plaster or fiberglass?
Maintenance is significantly easier. The non-porous surface of the Reinforced PVC Membrane resists algae growth and calcium buildup, meaning you spend less time scrubbing and fewer chemicals to keep the water crystal clear.
Is StoneFlex® suitable for both new pools and renovations?
Absolutely. StoneFlex® membranes are engineered for versatility. They are an ideal solution for new pool construction as a high-end finish, as well as for renovation projects where they can be installed directly over old or leaking surfaces like plaster, marbelite, or fiberglass.
