Concrete Roof
A concrete roof waterproofing project completed in 2021 for a commercial building in the
Yavne industrial area. Total roof area: 6,000 m².
Work included the installation of ELVAFLEX membranes for long-term waterproofing protection.
Nestlé –
Lightweight Roof
A 35,000 m² roof waterproofing project completed in 2021 at the Nestlé logistics and
production center.
The project included ELVAFLEX membranes for industrial lightweight
roofs and gutters, ensuring UV and chemical resistance.
Coca Cola (CBC) –
Lightweight Roof
A 9,000 m² roof renovation project completed in 2020 at the Coca-Cola logistics
facility.
ELVAFLEX membranes were applied on lightweight industrial roofs and
gutters, providing long-term sealing and durability under harsh weather conditions.
Flying Cargo -
Lightweight Roof
Between 2016 and 2019, ELVAFLEX membranes were installed on industrial lightweight roofs
across multiple logistics centers nationwide.

A 5,000 m² roof replacement project at Tnuva’s dairy plant in Modi’in, completed in
2024.

Carmel Containers Ltd. – Lightweight Roof
A 32,000 m² roof and gutter waterproofing project completed in 2023. The work included lightweight industrial roofs and gutters with thermal insulation panels using ELVAFLEX membranes for high-performance sealing and durability.
Sports Hall –
Concrete Roof
A roof waterproofing project completed in 2017 for the Kibbutz Dafna sports hall, covering an area of approximately 1,500 m². The work included installing ELVAFLEX membranes designed for curved concrete roof structures, ensuring long-term durability, high resistance to weather fluctuations, and reliable waterproofing performance with minimal maintenance.
UMI –
Lightweight Roof
A 10,000 m² roof waterproofing project completed at the UMI complex, carried out prior to the installation of a solar panel system. ELVAFLEX membranes were applied on a lightweight industrial roof, providing a reinforced, long-lasting sealing solution and a stable base prepared to support solar infrastructure under high UV exposure.
Ben&jerry's –
Lightweight Roof
Lightweight roof and gutter waterproofing project, completed in 2026 at the Ben & Jerry's logistics center. The installation covered approximately 11,000 sqm and featured ELVAFLEX membranes, including a solar-ready foundation designed for long-term durability and minimal maintenance.
