Israeli Standard SII 1430 Part 1
License No. 2549
The Standards Institution of Israel (SII) has granted Haogenplast Ltd. official permission to mark our PVC roofing sheets with the Israeli Standards Mark.
This certification confirms that our membranes fully comply with Israel Standard 1430 Part 1 (Edition June 2018) – “Sheets for Roofs Sealing: PVC Sheets”. It covers models including ElvaFlex and OgenFlex with reinforcement layers.
FM Approvals Class 4470
Approval Identification: 0003059792 (Granted: March 30, 2017)
FM Approvals is one of the world’s most respected independent testing and certification organizations for property protection. Our Ogenflex RR12 and Ogenflex RR15 membranes are certified under FM Class 4470 for roofing systems, ensuring outstanding performance in wind uplift resistance, fire safety, and long-term durability.
UL 790 Certification

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has certified our polyester-reinforced PVC membranes (Ogen-Flex and Elva-Flex) according to:
- ANSI/UL 790 – Standard Test Methods for Fire Tests of Roof Coverings
- CAN/ULC-S107 – Methods of Fire Tests of Roof Coverings
This certification confirms the excellent fire performance of our roofing systems.
